The VPA™ platform is licensed per clinician or per team. The CE courses are self-paced and priced individually. Live and on-site training is quoted per session. Founding Partner rates put the platform and the courses together at one locked price.

Quoted per session
Virtual or on-site training on any course topic, sized to your team. A half-day virtual team training typically runs $750–$1,200 depending on length and travel.
Platform plus every approved course, at one rate locked for three years.
Founding Partners are a limited group of early sites who help shape the system while it is still being built. You get the platform and the full self-paced CE library for your whole team, and your rate does not move for three renewal years even as list prices rise.

Which courses are approved right now
Visual Minds Learning is an AOTA Approved Provider (#0000001618). These are the self-paced courses live today. Everything else on the roadmap unlocks for your team automatically as it earns approval during your term.
Multi-discipline teams. AOTA contact hours and CEUs are available to OT and OTA practitioners. PT and SLP attendees receive a certificate of participation for self-submission; Mississippi PT and SLP board approval is in progress. Administration and scoring of the Mini VPA™ and Full VPA™ are licensed to OT practitioners; the free Fast Screen is open to teachers, TVIs, and school teams for triage and produces no levels or profile.

How to become a Founding Partner
1. Book a free in-service
A 60-minute virtual (or on-site, if you are local) session with your OTs. No purchase required, and it is yours whether or not you sign.
2. Pick your track and team size
Platform only, or platform plus the full CE library. Your rate is set by seat count and locked for three renewal years, even as list prices rise.
3. Sign the Founding Partner agreement
One page. Invoice or PO accepted. Seats are provisioned the same week and onboarding is scheduled.
What we ask in return
This is what makes it a founding rate rather than a discount.
- Written feedback after your first 10 VPA™ administrations
- A named testimonial and permission to list you as a founding site
- One de-identified case example we can use in teaching
- A 20-minute check-in call at 3 months and 9 months
Terms in plain language
- Annual term, billed by invoice or PO. Rate locked for three renewal years.
- Seats are named clinicians and can be reassigned when staff change.
- CE certificates are issued to the individual clinician and remain theirs.
- Reduced and sliding-scale rates for Title I districts, small school-based teams, student groups, and mission-aligned nonprofits. Ask and we will find a way.
