Certificates are issued immediately upon completion and list the participant's name and credentials, the activity title, contact hours and AOTA CEUs, the completion date, the provider name and AOTA Approved Provider number, and a unique verification code. Record retention

Records are available to the participant on request and to AOTA on request for audit purposes.
Cancellation and refund
Participants may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing support@visualmindslearning.com. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If a certificate has already been issued, the certificate is voided upon refund.
