Refund Policy

Visual Minds Learning, LLC ("VML," "we," "our," or "us") stands behind the VPA™ assessment tools and other digital products sold on this website. This Refund Policy is incorporated by reference into, and forms part of, the VML Terms of Service.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to all VPA™ subscription plans (monthly and annual) and one-time purchases.

Eligibility and fair-use limits

The guarantee is intended for practitioners evaluating whether the Service fits their practice. To keep the offer sustainable and to protect proprietary content, the guarantee is subject to the following reasonable limits:

• One refund per customer per product. Repeat purchases of the same product after a prior refund are not covered.
• Bulk downloads. If, before requesting a refund, a purchaser has downloaded, exported, or printed a substantial portion of the paid PDF library, worksheets, or reports (more than what is reasonably needed to evaluate the Service), VML may, in good faith and at its discretion, decline the refund or issue a partial refund reflecting the value of what has already been used.
• Fraud, chargeback abuse, or violations of the Terms of Service (e.g., resale or redistribution of paid content, sharing credentials, or scraping) disqualify the purchase from the guarantee.

Aside from these limits, the 30-day guarantee is otherwise unconditional — you do not need to give a reason to receive a refund.

Annual subscriptions after 30 days

After the 30-day window, annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel later in the year, you retain access to the paid features through the end of the period you already paid for, and your subscription simply will not renew.

How to request a refund

Payments on this site are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact us via the Contact page with the email address you used at checkout and the date of purchase. We will verify the order and issue the refund through Stripe on your behalf.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page using the Manage billing button, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. When you cancel, you keep access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not automatically pro-rate mid-period cancellations, but you are still eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee described above if you cancel within your first month.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Governing law and venue

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Refund Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mississippi, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. Where you are a U.S. public school district or other governmental entity that is prohibited by applicable law from agreeing to a foreign choice of law or venue, the laws of your home state and the courts of competent jurisdiction in your home state shall govern.
