Visual Minds Learning, LLC ("VML," "we," "our," or "us") stands behind the VPA™ assessment tools and other digital products sold on this website. This policy explains how refunds work.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, for any reason. This applies to all VPA™ subscription plans (monthly and annual) and one-time purchases.

How to request a refund

Payments on this site are processed by Stripe. To request a refund, contact us via the Contact page with the email address you used at checkout and the date of purchase. We will verify the order and issue the refund through Stripe on your behalf.

Subscription cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page using the Manage billing button, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal. When you cancel, you keep access to the paid features until the end of the current billing period. We do not automatically pro-rate mid-period cancellations, but you are still eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee described above if you cancel within your first month.

Processing time

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Card refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
